Libby A. Prim Bowen/NST Practitioner An Irish native who started as a massage and shiatsu practitioner, now a dedicated Bowen/NST practitioner, began her study of the Bowen Technique 10 years ago from the first generation of Bowtech and NST developers in Austria and Europe, and became a Certified Professional Bowen Practitioner in 1999. In March 2000, qualified as an NST practitioner while studing with Mr. Michael Nixon-Livy of the International Institute of Applied Health services in Germany.
